About Gallant Law
Gallant Law is conveniently located on Waterfront Drive in Bedford, a short distance from DeWolf Park. Serving individual and small business clients within the Halifax Municipality, Gallant Law was formed to provide clients with a positive legal experience. The law practice was built with the objective of simplifying legal services as well as the increasing access to legal services.

Jillian Gallant
Jill received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Psychology from Saint Mary’s University in 2011. She graduated from law school at the University of New Brunswick in 2015, and returned to Halifax with her young family. Jill articled with a small firm in Halifax, gaining a large amount of experience in the areas of estate planning and corporate law, which greatly influenced her in choosing which areas to practice. She was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in June of 2016, and has since enjoyed working with individuals in the various areas of estate law, and small business owners in corporate law. Jill regularly presents Wills and Estate Planning Sessions for the Public Service Commission, Transportation Canada, CRA and the NSLC as well as various other organizations. Jill is passionate about volunteering her time and legal knowledge when possible. When she is not working, Jill can be found enjoying boating and water sports, running, hiking, reading, and freezing in the rink with her son.
